Shristi Shrestha's interview that made me feel bad
Here is the interview video that recently been uploded that was taken in Thailand during her photoshoot session for Mirch calender 2012/13.
First of all i would like to tell all of you this video is not recent.it was recorded about a year ago for mirch calender 2012/13 .Anyway still honestly, going through the video , It hurt .The line" I dont want to get into it in details ..it's quiet complicated" it really hurt me .Actual thing was her body language! she was emphasizing that she was grown up in london than born in Nepal."Yea nepalese " with a low pitch of sound penetrates my heart ..BECAUSE WE SAY IT LOUDLY AND PROUDLY.Talking about the whole interview , third class!..Look at the interviewer and his body language, he is just Lame & pervert.Just feel like give him a punch.so unprofessional interview . We can see how immature is Shristi (Interviewee) in the way she answer.Good interviewee can also put interviewer down with his/ her confidence.I have seen all of her interviews.She is really immature and unconfident.Another main point to note was her lack of knowledge about Nepal.She didn't know much about Nepal but we compromised with that, it was understandable .Nagma Shrestha was quite good at that.But i am not saying it's a wrong judgement at all .She have talent that's why she is Miss Nepal 2012. And we love her.And we can see how we supported her like we never did for any other miss nepal instead of those childish interview.These days, we saw her being interested about nepal and nepali society as we saw in " shristi shrestha Beauty with purpose campaign" video .We truly love you shristi and support you from our bottom of the heart because YOU ARE MISS NEPAL not because you are a beautiful hot model from london.It doesn't matter whether you win or not we will be supporting you again because you are miss nepal and you are representing Nepal because you are representing us. Now my humble request to you that we are ready to forget this past (interview) but please don't put us down ...Be proud ...Say it loudly and proudly out there that YOU ARE NEPALI AND YOU ARE PROUD OF IT! Tell them though u spent few years in london YOU HAVE A NEPALI HEART .(not like in this vdo).We have loved you so much so you have the responsibilty to know about Nepal and its situation.Shristi prove it that you are a PROUD MISS NEPAL doesn't matter you would be MISS WORLD or not .We will always support you as i told u before FROM OUR BOTTOM OF THE HEART .JAY NEPAL!
She apologized for this interview and she said that she was not confident confronting camera .here is her actual word through facebook"To my pyaro Nepali daju, bhai, didi, bainiharu.. I have realized
that my interview answers were hurtful but I assure you that my actions were
truly unintentional. That was an old video(long before Miss Nepal) and I
believe I said that because I used to because I used to get very nervous talking in front of the
camera...However, I do feel that I am getting better in my communication
skills and that could not have been possible if I had not received the love
and support from all of you."

ReplyDeleteThis intervieuw was taken during august of 2011, she had no idea to do Miss Nepal at that time and really didn't had to talk about nepal. She was there for herself, her career and not representing Miss Nepal. So you people know, i was there too.... Good luck Shristi with everything you do.
